IFIC Bank donates Covid medicines to Nepal

​IFIC Bank and its Nepalese joint venture Nepal Bangladesh Bank have donated 5,000 vials of Remdesivir injection to the Nepal government for treating Covid patients, said a press release.

A token box of Remdisivir injections manufactured by Beximco Pharma was recently handed over to the Nepalese ambassador to Bangladesh Banshidhor Mishra in Dhaka.

In August 2020, IFIC Bank donated another 5,000 vials of the injection to the Nepal government in collaboration with Beximco Pharma Ltd and Nepal Bangladesh Bank, Nepal.
